This can yield orders-of-magnitude speed ups compared to traditional deterministic approaches, and can be applied to materials of nearly arbitrary dimensionality and dielectric response.]]></description>

<p>Aaron Altman, Sudipta Kundu, and Felipe Jornada published a <a href="https://journals.aps.org/prl/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevLett.132.086401">paper on Physical Review Letters</a> on a new method to speed up GW calculations combining deterministic and stochastic techniques.
